Hi one and all I trust a good Easter was had by all and much chocolate was consumed!

The second book in the Big & Little Crochet has arrived 👍 and with it a new ball of yarn to create the next hexagon for the blanket.

Because I subscribe to the series I also received a set of metal crochet hooks …

The book has some nice designs in again and sure once I have worked through my ever growing list of projects I want to do I will definitely be making some of them!

Unfortunately the pattern for the hexagon in book two had a mistake in it and I received an email from the company to confirm this and also advise that there is a mistake in book 3 as well so will get a separate printed page in book 3 with the correct pattern!

One thing I do wonder about is you keep excess yarn for additional hexagons does this now mean I will be short of yarn for future ones???

Right well my hook is calling me I am attempting my first crochet item of clothing for myself so will update you with how it’s got on next time 🤓👍
